 The multifunctional scanning system for digitalising in colour, black-and-white or grey scale. These Model are customised to suit variaous applications and customers.

 This versatility makes numerous applications possible, e.g. books, newspapers, magazines, old handwritten manuscripts, documents with a seal, maps, plans and drawings, bound and clamped masters.

  And the extraordinary scan quality, through the optical resolution of 400 dpi (optionally 600 dpi, 800 dpi) across the total length and width of the master and through the sharpness at farthest marginal zones of the master.

Ergonomics: System for non-glaring use at daylight.

 The scanning system works at normal daylight and without any heat load. Your staff will be happy and with the absolutely non-glaring working as well.

Careful treatment of masters during scanning process.

 Convincing scanning speed.

 We prefer talking about the scanning cycle which we define as follows: Straight scanning time plus easy and user-friendly change of the masters, plus data transfer. With our systems the data transfer and operating run parallel. We are gladly prepared to inform you in detail about the scanning times and scanning cycles respectively of the scanner 400i/600i. For that there is to start from individual requirements. The pure scanning time and the data transfer are crucial for the time of a scanning cycle.

The times for the data transfer directly depend on the resolution (600, 400, 300 or 200 dpi), the data format (TIFF RAW, JPEG etc.) and the way of scanning (colour, grey scale or black-and-white).

Scanning accuracy. Digitalising of maps for the work of land surveying and properties cadastres requires high precision of the scanning systems. Through our scanning technology -the scanner moves across the master in an equal distance -impressively precise scanning becomes possible with achieving a geometrical accuracy range of 0.1 % to 0.05 % depending on proper caliberation and speed of scanning . For that reason, the scanner  400i / 600i / 800i are excellently suitable for the scanning of plans and drawings from cadastres and land surveying. The accuracy is over the entire length & breadth of the A0 document.

Variants of scanning.

Firstly: You can scan with or without the glass plate.

With the glass plate in an impressive quality across the entire width and length of the master, without the glass plate at a depth of focus in the image plane of up to 5 cm. Secondly: The system can be quickly extended for a flow scanner. The masters, e.g. plans, drawings or posters, are now drawn in and scanned. All performance characteristics of the scanning system are naturally true of the variant of flow scanning also.  

 That is the scanning software for the practice in its basic version which can be extended at a later time.
